Bio Klick ("we", "us", or "our") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights when using the Bio Klick mobile app, website, and digital NFC products.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide and improve our digital identity services:

• Account Information: Name, email address, password hash, and unique username.
• Profile & Professional Info: Job title, bio, profile avatar, cover images, social media links, phone numbers, and custom metrics you choose to display.
• Device & Analytics Telemetry: Anonymized session hashes, device type (mobile/desktop), operating system, IP address, and approximate location (country and city derived from network headers).
• Push Notifications: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to deliver traffic updates and system alerts.
• NFC & Card Interactions: NFC card codes, target URLs, and scan/click count metrics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To display and host your public Bio Klick professional profile page.
• To deliver real-time analytics and visitor metrics in your Bio Klick dashboard.
• To manage your account, authenticate sign-ins, and secure your profile.
• To process NFC card check-ins and organization attendance logs.
• To send optional traffic updates and security alerts via push notifications.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted infrastructure providers to power Bio Klick:

• Google Firebase: Authentication, cloud database (Firestore), file storage, and push notifications (FCM).
• Vercel Inc.: Hosting web bio pages and API endpoints.
• Upstash Redis: Cross-instance serverless rate-limiting and security.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated profile configurations and logs at any time directly from the Bio Klick mobile app (Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account), or submit a web deletion request at bio-klick.vercel.app/delete-account.

5. Children's Privacy

Bio Klick is intended for professional use by individuals aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
