Bio Klick Data Privacy & Compliance

You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your Bio Klick account, profile page, and all associated telemetry data at any time.

Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)

If you have access to the Bio Klick mobile app, you can delete your account instantly:

Open the Bio Klick App
Go to Settings → Data & Privacy
Tap Delete Account and confirm with your password.

This immediately purges your profile, custom links, analytics logs, and authentication credentials from our servers.

Option 2: Web Deletion Request

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot log in, send an email to our support team from the email address associated with your Bio Klick account:

Support Email: bio.klick.link@gmail.com

Subject Line: Account Deletion Request - [Your Username or Email]

Our security team will process your request and permanently erase all account records within 7 business days.

What Data Is Erased Upon Deletion?

Your account profile (Name, Username, Email, Bio, Job Title, Avatar & Cover Photos).
All associated NFC card bindings and short code mappings.
All saved social links, custom buttons, and page themes.
All analytics telemetry, click logs, and scan history.
Your Firebase Auth credential record.
